My stay at 4 Braefoot Terrace was exceptional. The directions provided by the host were very clear and communication was prompt and helpful. Although parking in front of the property was not always possible, I had no issues finding parking around the corner. The location was fantastic, with easy access to grocery shopping, university buildings, downtown. The property itself was cozy and homely, with lovely decor and comfortable beds. The heating worked well to keep the apartment warm, and there was no noise from the busy road outside. The surrounding area offered great walking opportunities and fresh air. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the nearby restaurant, Flava. I highly recommend 4 Braefoot Terrace for a comfortable and convenient stay in Edinburgh.
The only minor drawback was the initial confusion with parking, as the owner's directions were not clear enough. Additionally, the address on JustEat was not registered, making it difficult to order food for delivery.

The host had laid a beautiful table with clean crockery and glasses, very welcoming! They'd also left essentials tea/coffee & butter in the fridge which was a great bonus. the place was lovely and clean and the beds made up beautifully! Great location also for getting into town. the bus stop is 2 mins away and regular buses go into town.
Felt like home, no reason to complain.
